• 5 cups (1.25 L) cored, chopped pears
• 1- 1/2 cups (375 ml) apple cider vinegar
• 1 cup (250 ml) water
• 2 cups (500 ml) mint leaves and stems
• 1 pkg (57 g) BERNARDIN® Original Fruit Pectin
• 4 cups (1 L) granulated sugar
• Green food colouring, optional
