Ingredients

• 1 tin condensed milk 385g
• 3 tablespoon semolina
• 2 teaspoon elachie powder
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
• Flour to make a soft dough about 2 and a half cups
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 and a half cup water
• Few pods of eachie
• 1 cinnamon stick
• Few cloves
• Few strands of saffron (Optional) or rose essence
