• 200 g Green sweet/bell pepper finely chopped
• 200 g Mayonnaise
• 50 g Cornichons finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Capers in brine drained
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp Dried tarragon
• 1/2 Lemon zest
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
