• 1 cup sugar
• 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
• 2 cups half-and-half
• 1 cup whole milk
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• Toppings: chopped peanuts, chopped chocolate, whipped cream, and fresh cherries (optional)
