Rice Pudding Recipe
This is my nona's rice pudding recipe. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired. For creamier pudding, use short or medium grain rice.

- 1 cup Fiesta long grain white rice – rinsed
- 1 ½ cup C&H pure cane granulated white sugar
- ½ gallon Darigold milk
- 3 Wilcox eggs
- ½ cup Argo corn starch
- 1 tsp. McCormick vanilla extract
- 1 McCormick Cinnamon stick
