• 250 g cream cheese, at room temperature
• 100 g butter, at room temperature
• 380 g icing sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp heavy cream, at room temperature
• 45 g Oreos, finely crushed (plus extra for topping)
