- 2 Tbsp pine nuts
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ tsp salt, plus more to taste
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 slice sourdough
- 3 Tbsp pasta sauce
- 4 Tbsp cottage cheese, 2% fat content
- 2 tsp fresh pesto
- 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
