Ingredients
- 5-8 ounces salad mix or torn up red butterhead lettuce
- 2-3 small or 1 large salad turnip, cut in half and then thinly sliced
- 1-2 scallions, minced
- 1 garlic scape, minced (optional, this will make the salad spicier)
- 2-3 tablespoons or your favorite balsamic vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
