Cream of Potato Soup – Cheryl's Recipes

Ingredients

• 4 medium potatoes (diced)
• 4 T. butter
• 1 small sweet onion (diced)
• 1/2 cup celery (diced)
• 2 T. cornstarch (or potato starch)
• 1 cup water
• 1 T. chicken base (Better than Bouillon Organic)
• 3 cups milk
• 1/2 tsp. salt (Pink Himalayan)
• Dash black pepper
• 1 tsp. dried parsley
