• 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 tsp dry mustard powder
• 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
• 1/2 cup white vinegar
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
