• 5 chicken fillets cut into strips.
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 4 tablespoon garlic sauce
• 4-5 tablespoon low fat yogurt
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Green leaf salad
• 1 cup mint leaves
• 1 cup coriander
• 1 cup parsley
• 3 cups cucumber cubed
• 1 small red onion finely chopped
• ¼ cup feta cut into tiny cubes
