- For the filling:
- 225g dark brown soft sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 75g KERRYGOLD® IRISH CREAMERY BUTTER 227g
- For the topping:
- 100g cream cheese, softened
- 50g KERRYGOLD® IRISH CREAMERY BUTTER 454g
- 200g icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
