• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 3/4 cup Splenda
• 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
• 4 egg whites
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 cup (1 - 8 oz. can) crushed pineapple
