• 1 chorizo sausage, casing removed, cooked and crumbled
• 3/4 cup shredded lettuce
• 1/4 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 cup sliced red onion
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
