- Papaya paste : 2 tbsp
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Salt: 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder: 2 tsp
- Garam masala: 1 tsp
- Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper: 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi: 1 tbsp
- Malt vinegar : 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
- Mustard oil: 1/4 cup
