Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 ml) water
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lemongrass cut into 2-inch (5-cm) pieces, about 2 stalks
• 2 tsps (10 ml) ground chicory coffee
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) prepared elderflower syrup
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
• 2 tsps (10 ml) sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) pure lemon extract
• 2 cups (500 ml) ice
• lemon peel to garnish
