Ingredients

• 2 cups diced white meat cooked turkey or chicken
• 2 cups cold mashed potatoes
• 1 cup shredded sharp white Cheddar
• 1 egg
• ½ cup minced scallions
• 1 ½ tsp. minced garlic
• ½ tsp. each ground sage, kosher salt, and black pepper
• 1 cup panko
• 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• Leftover turkey gravy
