- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (Good quality pure extract is worth it!)
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon meringue powder
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons water, lukewarm
