- 1 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream (divided)
- 1/2 C Water
- 1/2 C Granulated Sugar Substitute (I use Sukrin :1)
- 1/4 C Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tb. Butter
- 1/4 tsp. Konjac Glucomannan Powder (optional)
