• 5 12-ounce cans evaporated milk
• 5 14-ounce cans condensed milk
• 7 cups sugar
• 2 1/2 gallons whole milk
• 1/2 gallon half-and-half
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons vanilla
• 1 quart whipping cream
• 5 bags of ice
