Aunt Cherryl's secret brownies with less fat, perfectly gooey and chocolatey. No more than 20-25 minutes in the oven at 350°F for gooey perfection!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup cocoa (preferably Dutch process unsweetened cocoa)
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee granules
