Ingredients

• Crumble topping:
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 cup oats
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup butter, cold
• Baked Apples:
• 8 medium apples (use a good baking variety)
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup, plus more for serving
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg
• 1 3-4 oz wedge Brie cheese, cut into small slices
