• 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted in a hot skillet until fragrant
• 1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
• 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
• 3/4 cup yogurt, at room temperature
• water as needed
