Ingredients: 4 Fresh oysters; One oyster chucker; 1/2 cup of All-purpose flour; 1 Fresh eggs; 1 oz of Milk; Panko; 2 to 3 cups Avocado oil (you can also substitute canola oil); 2 oz Stilton or Blue cheese (keep half of a ' cheese and add it on top as decoration); 2 tsp Sour cream; 2 tsp Cream cheese; Dried dill (One pinch); Tabasco Sauce-two or three drops; Salt and pepper to taste
