Ingredients

• 1 Pound Chicken, ground
• 2/3 Cup Cracker crumbs, crushed
• 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
• 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
• 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
• 1/4 Cup Sugar
• Pinch Salt
• 1/4 Cup Mushrooms, finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
• 1 Can Pineapple Chunks, drain & reserve juice
