- 2 cups (500 ml) diced ripe peaches divided
- 1 cup (250 ml) peach schnapps divided
- 8 tbsps (120 ml) gin
- 8 tbsps (120 ml) St. Germain elderflower liqueur divided
- 8 tbsps (120 ml) Thyme Syrup divided
- 8 tsps (40 ml) fresh lime juice divided
- Peach slices and fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
