Ingredients

• 2/3 cup Karo ® Light Corn Syrup
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
• Scotcheroo Pie
• 1/3 cup Karo ® Light Corn Syrup
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 3 cups crispy rice cereal
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened slightly
• Optional garnish chopped peanuts
