• 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
• 2 ½ tsp Diamond Crystal kosher salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• A few grindings of fresh cracked black pepper
• ¾ c sour cream
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• ½ c roughly chopped cornichons
• 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 flatbreads
• Thinly sliced red onion
• Finely chopped fresh parsley
