Thanksgiving Nog Cocktail Recipe
The Thanksgiving Nog is a rum-based autumn cocktail recipe that was created by Nick Mautone. This variation was adapted from his book The Artisanal Kitchen: Holiday Cocktails.
Ingredients

- 8 fl oz Water
- 8 fl oz Heavy Cream
- 2 cups Pumpkin Purée
- 0.5 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 0.125 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 oz Whipped Cream
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
