Ingredients

• 4 Potatoes, cubed
• 1 ts Salt
• 3 Garlic minced
• 1 1/2 tb Flour
• 3/4 lb Salt pork
• 1/2 c Yogurt, plain
• 1 lb White beans, dried
• 1/2 c Vegetable oil
• 2 tb Peppercorns
• 4 Bay Leaves
• 1 Onion, lg. chopped coarsely
• 1 ts Black pepper
• 1 Carrot, lg. chopped
• 1 1/2 lb Sauerkraut
