• 1 cup coconut oil or unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 eggs, at room temperature
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup whole-wheat flour
• 2 cups old-fashion rolled oats
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
