Ingredients

• 1.2 litres of chicken broth
• 3 carrots
• 3 stalks celery
• 1 tsp salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 300 g soft bread
• 1 dl canola oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 dl fresh dill
• Edible flowers
