- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 orange juiced and zest grated
- 1 lime juiced and zest grated
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 2-inch cinnamon stick
- 1 1/2 lbs fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
