• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 6 oz dry spaghetti
• 2 large eggs, whisked
• 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 14 oz canned diced tomatoes, juice included
• 6 oz can of tomato paste
• 1 tsp oregano, dried
• 2 tbsp butter, plus 1 tbsp for greasing
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
