• 2 Tbsp Butter
• 1 Tbsp Oil, olive
• 1 tsp Oregano, dried
• 1 tsp Basil, dried
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
• 1/2 cup Vodka (sub any stock)
• 1/4 tsp Sugar
• 1/4 cup Heavy cream
• for serving Cheese, grated parmesan
• 1 lb Broccoli, florets
• 1 Tbsp Oil, cooking
• 2 tsp Vinegar, balsamic
• 2 tsp Lemon juice
