Buonissimo Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 pound ground beef
• 1/2 pound mild pork sausage
• 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
• 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1/4 cup minced onion
• 3/4 cup olive oil to brush on grill and on the burgers and bread during grilling
