• 3 c shredded sharp cheddar (reserve ½ c for topping)
• 2 heads broccoli, finely chopped
• 1 large Texas sweet onion, finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 2 Tbsp dried chives
• 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
