Chicken Meatloaf recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 1kg chicken mince
• 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• 1 grated onion
• ½ cup grated white cheddar cheese Or pecorino romano cheese
• 2 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon ground garlic
• ¼ teaspoon dried mixed herbs
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 ½ teaspoon ground green chillies
• 4 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
