Potluck Instant Pot Mac~N~Cheese

Ingredients

• 16 Oz of dried pasta ( elbows, penne etc * )
• 1 C vegetable stock (chicken stock can also be used)
• 3 C H20
• 2 TBLSP butter
• 1 garlic clove pressed, smashed or minced
• 1/4 Tsp of dry mustard
• 2 C grated sharp cheese
• 1 C grated pepper jack cheese
• 1 Cup half and half or milk
• S&P to taste ( I used white pepper but you can use black pepper )
