- 8 thick cut bacon slices, (cooked crumbled. Note: Reserve ¼ cup bacon grease. )
- 1½ cups onions, (diced)
- 3 tablespoons garlic, (minced)
- 12 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
