• 1 (16 oz) bag Cadbury Mini Eggs Candy
• 3/4 cup butter or margarine (1 1/2 sticks), softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
• 2 to 3 drops food coloring
• 2 cups white, ready-to-spread frosting
