Million Dollar Creamy Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 Medium chicken breasts cut in half then into strips
• 2 tsp of salt, divided
• 3 tsp of ground black pepper, divided
• 4 tsp of all purpose flour
• 2 tbsp of oil for frying
• 1/2 Red bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 Green bell pepper, chopped
• 2 tbsp of butter for frying
• 1 1/2 Cups of quick fry hash browns
• 10 cherry tomatoes chopped in half
• 1/2 small chopped onion
• 3 cloves of chopped garlic
• 2 Tbs of tomato paste
• 3/4 Cup of heavy cream
• 3/4 Cup of milk
• 2 Tsp of Italian seasoning
• 1 1/2 Cups of shredded mozzarella
• 2 Tbsp of parsley for garnish
