• 1 pound ilalian sausage, remove casing
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1 bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chooped
• 5 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 14.5 oz can diced tomato
• 1 14.5 oz can whole tomato
• 1 16 oz can chili kidney beans spicy
• 1 16 oz can chili pinto beans spicy
• 2 tablespoons chili sauce
• 1 can beer
• 2 cups water
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• 2 tablespoons ground cumin
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 6 oz can tomato paste
• 2 teaspoons oregano
• 1 packet mild chili season mix
• 2 tablespoons chili power
• 1 tablespoon mexican chili power
• 1 teaspoon ground chipotle
