• 1 cup pure maple syrup
• ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 Eggland's Best egg, large
• ¼ cup + 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
• ¼ cup + 2 TSP coconut sugar
• 1 ⅓ cups chopped pecans
