Philly cheesesteak pizza (or "deersteak pizza") recipe - from the Made with Love Family Cookbook

Ingredients

• 1/2 to 1 lb venison thinly sliced (can use beef too)
• 3T extra virgin olive oil
• steak or grill seasoning
• 1/2 onion thinly sliced
• 2/3 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 cup green pepper thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayo
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 prepared pizza crust
