Chocolate Mousse Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 can (354 mL) Carnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk Evaporated Milk
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) cocoa
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) cornstarch
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup (150 mL) chopped semi-sweet chocolate
• 1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
