Ingredients

• 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
• 3 tablespoons cornstach
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil
• 1/2 cup tamari
• 1/4 cup rice vinegar
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon mirin
• 2 teaspoons red chili paste
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 cup cashews
• 2 green onions, sliced, green and white part separated
