Smokey Glazed Bacon Wrapped Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
• ½ cup buttermilk
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 500 g premium beef mince
• 300 g pork mince
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ cup tomato passata sauce
• Salt, to taste
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 10 rashers streaky bacon
• ¾ cup tomato passata sauce
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
