Ingredients: 2 cups grilled/cooked chicken (You can use my healthy grilled chicken in this or my Instant Pot chicken); 2 tablespoons Chain Reaction Spice; 2 teaspoons kosher salt; 1/4 cup bacon crumbles (I use the ones from Costco.); 2 cans black beans; 1 can green chilies; 1 bunch green onions; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped; 1 lime, freshly squeezed; 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded; 20 egg roll wrappers - these are the 7 inch squares (or you can use won ton wrappers); olive oil spray; Salsa for dipping; Light sour cream with Casa M Spice Chain Reaction for dipping
