• 2 Bakers Delight White Hamburger Rolls
• 1 can of drained corn
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup plain flour
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp each salt & pepper
• 1 cup oil for frying
• 6 slices of halloumi
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 avocado (mashed)
• 2 tbsp chives
• 1 cup rocket
• 2 tbsp chilli jam
